Voter Information

You must be 18 years of age or older on General Voting Day;
You must be a Canadian Citizen;
You must have resided in British Columbia at least six (6) months immediately preceding voting day;
You must live in the jurisdiction or neighbourhood jurisdiction for which you are voting on the day of registration;
You must not be disqualified by the Local Government Act or any other enactment from voting in this election, or be otherwise disqualified by law.

To qualify as a resident elector in a Neighbourhood Constituency you must meet the above qualifications in relation to the Neighbourhood Constituency that is subject to the vote.
